Dear Sir,
our consumer number is 03066. our gas distributer is m/s agnidhwaj gas distributor
upparapally rajendranagar hyderabad. We have already informed over phone to our gas distributor
about our situation towards leakage of gas cylinger and request them to send a service boy to
rectify the problem on 14.9.2009 at about 10.00 am. We have not received either any call or any
service personal to rectify the problem we are still in a panic condition.

Nobody attended sofar. We are having double cylinder at our hand but gas agency not
allowing us to book the second cylinder on the clause that 21 days should be completed from the
date of delivery. But the cylinder being delivered after every booking in 10 to 15 days.
