Harrasment of coustme

We have booked 2 gas cylinder on 2nd september at 8:35om through there sms service by no.9317860900 agaist consumer no. 6713 and 2861 from house no 227/4 pkl after waiting for 15 days we have still not received any gas cylinder .we have gone to the seecular gas situated at sec-11 plk n told them the total happening n there are least bothered to it and simply refuse to respond to us even after showing them the sent sms they dint excepted that. Another problem that we are facing is that they dont even pick up there given landline no. of there agency despite our 100 odd attemptsto thier landline no. ie 2562206 and 25855676 no body i there to pick up the call. Inpite of our all efforts there is no gas in our home which is a serious matter kindly pay attention to that
