Gas book 04/09/09 but not delevar till date 28/09/09

My connection no.3248 ashok nagar (m.p.)

i`m book my sylender on date 4/09/09 but till today not delever the sylender by distributor, last 10 days i am complent for this problem by call & in office, and he commit to me today sylender will delevar but no . today i gone to his offise & complent but again he (mr.yogesh) commite. but this time i ask the customer care no. but frankly he told me no i have no customer care no.
