Not Proper Response from clerk. Givning reply in rude manner

I have a Indane gas cylinder with Service No. 1684292. One Year back I applied for 2nd cylinder, and I came to know that they issuing 2nd cylinder, when I approached the local office (M/s. Sri Sai Suppliers) they are not properly giving reply and talking rudely to me. and when I asked the details to consult for head office i.e., any contact number, or email id they are not giving any response. Even there is no proper information on any board of the office so that i can complaint or consult the higher authority.
