15 days taken to deliver the gas from booking date

I am costumer of indane gas service. My gas agency name is GURGAON GAS SERVICE loacated at GURGAON. Our experiance very many times we call on phone then they pick phone and take 14 yes FOURTEEN PLUS days to deliver. Don't we feel this is disgusting that they don't have much knowlwdge of Supply Chain Management, and Indion Oil is claming to be one of the best organisation in customer satisfaction.
