Non delivery of Refill cylinde

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that, I have booked for a refill gas cylinder with my Gas agency M/S MAA MAJHI GOURI INDANE, CODE- 124387, Rayagada (Orissa) Ph. No.-06856223713 on Dtd. 01.09.09 Vide Sl. No-51. (My Consumer No.-4161). Till date I have not received the cylinder inspite of several follow up. Kindly note that in the mean time my 2nd cylinder is also consumed.

I am using Indane gas since last 15 years in several parts of India, but this type of service I have never get during this 15 years. Sorry to inform you that we are not expecting this type of service from your authorised distributor.

You are requested to advise your distributor to deliver the cylinder in time. I expect a positive response from your end.
