Delay in delivering Gas connection

I booked on 6th and was told 2-3 days. Even when I called on 9th was told 10th. I requested I have a single cylinder and would be glad for a early delivery. Was told 10th. Today again they say tomorrow... this harrassment is tortorous. Then the person tries to sell a second cylinder..what is this.??

Indane Gururaj (Aundh Road), keeps doing this time and again. Worst when I hear a person who booked on 7th got the cylinder.
