Water in the cylinder & Agency not picking the phone

Dear sir,

I am using Indane gas for the past several years, recently I transfer my connection from Tapeshwari Gas agency to Swatantrs Gas Agency Civil Lines, Kanpur. When we use the cylinder it was not for the full period on examning it I found water in the bottom of the cylinder, after make complaint with the gas agency he replied that I will look into the matter and after 15 days has passed he did nothing. Every time I used to go to the agency to book the cylinder because every time phone is out of order or phone was not pickedup. I have booked one DBCand deposited money but till date cylinder not delivered.
