Passport not received after being dispatched on 5th June'2010

Respected Sir,

My Passport status show's-- ""Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by 05-06. Subject to all documents being in order"".

But its 17-06, and I'm yet to receive my Passport. Sir please look forward to my matter, and allow me to get my Passport as early as possible.

I have visited the Passport office (Patna), a number of times but they just respond to check the status on the internet, and they don't confirm me whether they have personally dispatched my Passport or not.
