Delay in refilling of Gas cylinder inspite of repeated requests

Dear Sir,

I am consumer of Indane Gas and my connection No. is PGA 1321 and I had booked my refill on 15/09, which is required to delivered within a week, but inspite of repeated request the concerned distributor has not supplied till today and lingering the matter with one and another false pretext, and even the distributor has not appointed any delivery men intentionally and willfully for the reason best known to them. Strict action please be taken to ensure the proper and hassle free supply of gas by the distributor.
