No response for supply of gas cylinder

Sir,

We were booked the cylinder on 1/10/09 in porur agency and the customer no.is 65276. But as on date it is not delivered even though we reapeately called the agency. There is no proper response from the agency even we went to their office. we dont know where we have to complaint. Also the cylinder supply persons are compulsery demanding Rs.25 to Rs.30 per cylinder. For getting the cylinder my family is waiting in house with out moving to anywere since everyday the agency is giving wrong information. Really the porur agency is very worst way they are acting.
