Delay in delivery of gas refill (Domestic)

My Consumer No. is RE 26925 and distributer Name is ROHINI ENTERPRISES, Naharpur, New Delhi. I have been facing lot of problem in getting the booked gas refill in time. I booked gas refill on Tel No. 1260 IVRS system on 16-10 vide Request No. 4 at 6:56 AM but till now the gas refill has not been supplied. It is a frequent problem. Kindly look in to the matter urgently.
