Initial booking-Booking slip

Sir/Madam,

I booked a new gas connection with Ajitha Gas agency at ICF, chennai.

They got copies of my ration card, and voter id but did not give any booking slip.

They asked to me come with intimation letter. Now they insist that unless I give them the booking slip, they cant give the gas connection. I have also paid, 2130 towards gas stove,
