Dear Sir,

I would like to make a complaint that M/s Veerjyoti Enterprises, Behind IBP Petrol Pump, Opp. Panchsheel Joseph Tito Road, New Delhi-110017 are not giving services to the customers and the following is being reported to you as complaint.

1. The telephone numbers of the company are never picked up perhaps the numbers are wrongly written including customer service Cell No. I feel that they are intentionally misprinted the number of Customer Cell 1800 as 1800 is used in America.

2. For last 3 moths we have observed after booking cylinder, delivery is not done before 10-15 days that too after making numerous telephone calls and personal visits.

3. I am observing regularly the delivery of cylinders by their delivery men without booking on giving some extra money. I feel that this need to be investigated by a proper surveillance and remedial action be taken against the dealer.

Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action under intimation to me..
