Non-delivery of gas even after repeated calls

I had booked gas on 27-09 and I have not received gas till now. I called Gokul Gasd Agecy repeatedly and came to know that the gas was delivered on 6th October which has not yet reached us. I called evn today to know that it will be delivered next tuesday. Will it take a month and more to receive a gas after booking?
