I was a consumer of 5kg gas from J B GAS from Birmitrapur (odissa) now i shifted to Rourkela.when i took the transfer papers to the agency named Rourkela kitchen aids at.power house road rourkela (odissa).but the owner of the agency direct refused to take transfer as i gave him transfer papers with address proof he told mai nahi dunga jo karna hai kar lo.what will i do now just suggest me.
