Booked On 3.10.2009 and The Booking No.was alloted as 573. But the Gas cylinder was not received Till Date i.e 7.11.2009.Through repeated reminders the Gas agency assured the Cylinder will be reached on 7.11.09.But It was not received yet. I think the priority is violated by the gas agency and they are not willing to reveal the priority No. which they have supplied today. This kind of irresponsible action is not fair and it will affect the good name and service of" Indane". So please take immediate necessary action to get my Gas Cylinder as soon as possible.
