i am a customer of swantatra gas agency, civil lines, kanpur (u.p) (indane L.P.G.). i have booked my lpg cylinder 3weeks ago, but till date i have not got the delivery of my cylinder. they dont even pick up the phone during the working hours, which creates a lot of trouble for people. thety are also involved in black marketing of cylinders.
