The Indane Dealer does not pick calls and deliver on time

I have booked the gas 15 days ago and he same has not been delivered. The dealer said it will be delivered in a weeks time. I have tried several times the dealers no, but they dont pick the call. Its a all time issue since months, The Dealer soesnt pick the call for booking or complaining. When we go there and complaintin his office, he says everythingis wurking but on calling no one picks the call. Indane shud see the complaints or else the govt should not collect any taxes till they are not able to provide atleast utility services on time. Very Bad part PLayed by INdian Govt. n there employees. I m resident of sec 22 Gurgaon. ANd the Dealer is located in Golden Gas, Palam Vyapar Kendra Gurgaon.
