Gas cylinder challan

The gas cylinder is booked in the name Mr. T N Subramaniam, customer no. 40930 (Hosur gate, Bangalore) The cylinder was booked on 02/11/09 and delivered on 12/11/09 that too after so many follow ups. The person who delivered the cylinder demanded Rs 380/-. Upon asking he gave a bill of Rs.325/-, which is the regular cylinder charge. He took Rs.55/- as transportation charge. Pls let me know is it that we need to give the transportation charge too and in that case why are we getting any bill for it. When asked the agency they said there is no transportation charge. Pls take neccessary action. If I shout or deny in giving him extra money then next time onwards he wont deliver the cylinder on time. I request you to look into the matter seriously as almost all of us are facing this kind of problem.
