Demanding Extra money on gas delivery

We have a indane gas connection with Vijay gas agency besantnagar Connection # 10133, Everytime gas delivery men demanding extra money (Gas bill 30 Rs) and fighting with us until we give, if we refused to give they threatning like next time onwards we wont deliver gas to you we never bother about your complaints and all. Kindly look into this problem
