I am residing in velachery, unfortunetly gas got over today morning, very hardly i got line in my near agency (Muthu velachery) i imformed my query, for that ladies who are there they are not ready to hear what i m telling. that lady started telling that 21 days over and again it will take 10 days more and hag the phone. this kind of response i use to get.(Ladies were very very hursh). gas over now in my home so i tried complaint dept. # 044 24339236 / 46 - conti. busy no reponse for 1 hr, contacted this # 24326670 - cont. ringing no response. i dunno wat to do. kindly contact my # and do the needful.
