Ignorance of Complaint filed

Dear Sir,

I am Sri Gopal Poddar from Jaipur using the gas service provided by Indane Gas through the distributor Asal Durg. I have to say that in this kind of high risk product also the service provided by your company is the worst. I have complaint to the distributor 4 times in past one week that i am finding a foul smell from the cylinder, which i am finding to be because of gas leakage, They have not sent anyone for any inspection or check in regard of complaint. If any mishap occurs who will be responsible for it. The service provider has been always ignorant in respect of any complaints and when asked for complaint number, they don't provide it. I want that a strict action should be taken against this ignorant service provided by the distributor.
