Expiry of Gas cylinde

Dear Sir,

As gas company has well known about the expiry date of gas cylinders much more than the end users.

still they are delivering the expired gas cylinders to customers (marked D09).

Is their any provision how to informed that company in such a way that it cannot happen with anyone again as happen with me.

i m very much afraid about that expired cylinder lying with me, at home.

you are requested to please provide the solution, as it creates mentally stress every time when ever i remembered that " my family is living with danger right now"
