Gas booking not taken by Suryaa Gas Services

Sir, I am having Indane connection since 1996. When I was in saibaba colony, i got the supplies from Vijay Gas. Now I have my own house and shifted to GN Mills. Three months before i shifted the connection to Suryaa Gas Services. When i shifted itself i submitted the NOC obtained from CBE Tashilar North, that was with Vijay Gas. The copy of the same was submitted to Suryaa Gas. after 3 months, now i am trying to book a gas, they are not accepting the booking. My parents are living in Pollachi and i have my name in the ration card there. Here i am living alone. The family card will not be given for the individual. What should I do? I am using your gas Since 12 years and i got this by paying Rs. 8000/- .Why are putting such a long customer in trouble. I am using only 4 - 5 cylinders per year. whenever my parents are here i am consuimg in average. Otherwise each cylinder will be consumed almost for 4 -5 months. My requirement is around 4 cylinders per year. In this scenario, why are you not understanding the customer requirements. I have my residence proof, the house is my own, telephone bill, pan card, passport etc. EB connection. What else you need as a proof. What should i do to get the gas. at any time my gas cylinder will be get exhaust. I request you to go through my complaint immediately. Hope you will do the needful. Thank you.
