Very poor Customer service

I am Ramesh Babu, customer of Shivshankar Agencies (INDANE LPG dealer) Porur, Chennai - 116.

They have given 3 telephone numbers to book the cylinder refills.

Whenever I try to book the cylinder, all 3 numbers are continuously busy. Sometimes they don't even bother to pick-up & respond to the call. I was tried to compalint about the same with their management, but it was also failured.
