My booking cancelled due to my NOC expiry

Respected Sir,

It is to be noted that when i called to book my refilling cylinder (consumer no. 19616, lakshmi gas agency woraiyur, trichy 3, )they said the NOC i produced in aug expired, so if i show the ration card copy only that they will accept any further booking. i DID NOT RECEIVE MY RATION CARD YET. what should i do? and in taluk office, they r not giving NOC again. Please help me sir. With kids its very difficult to cope up during exam time without gas cylinnder.
