Not issuing of gas cylinder in time

I am a customer of this company since 2000.The basaveshwara gas agency is my gas dealer.this agency does not give gas in time of the booked date. Every month they give 3-5 days late.that too on doing the phone continiously. If not they will keep a deaf ear. If they bring late every month, then calculate in a year.they are not giving a months cylinder in a year.so we have to opt for other sources which is very costly. It is done to all the people.the delivery man of the gas in the auto and the van sells the gas on more money to the hotels and other commercial business firms at the more cost of rs 550-600.Even they give first to the consumers who give them extra money for bringing the booked cylinders.so I request the concered authorities to look in the matter.
