Dear Sir,

I don't know what happens to our complains that we submit on this forum but if it is reaching to the intended persons like Company Customer Care then we think something positive will come out as solution.

This gas agency is the worst in services I have ever seen.

I would recommend Indian Oil to remove such agents and distributors from their Supply Chain network.

I have Two cylinders under DBC from Indane and this facility is given by the Gas Company so that consumer shall not be run out of gas at any time if one cylinder is finished you can use the other cylinder which in any Indian house works on an average 30-40 days. So that by the time you get the delivery of the cylinder you would have almost finished the gas in the other cylinder.

But having two cylinder has no means to this Agency they go by their own and say that booking cannot be taken before 21 days.

We agree to that but then they shall send the dispatch in time. When we book cylinder after 21 days of the previous booking they will not send the new cylinder till next 20 days and then you have to remind them and to digest their answer you have to really laugh for atleast an hour (Sir, the delivery boy was on leave.!! so the agency was closed for 16 days.)

And they are also not stopping their delivery boys to ask for extra money each time they come they will ask 10-15 Rs. and when you complain they will say (Sir, if you want to give give else don't give...

They should be stripped off their agency thats it.
