Indane Gas
Problem with booking through telephone

I am a consumer of Indane Gas and my consumer no. is TSV 3961. My distributor is M/s Baghajatin Gas Service, Kolkata- 700 084 (Distributor Code No. 99024798)

(i) They (distributor) has given me four telephone numbers, viz. 033-24306363, 24308888, 24302939 and 28671470 to book the cylinder refils. Whenever I try to book the cylinder, all four numbers are either continuously busy or temporary out of order. Sometimes they don't even bother to pick up & respons to the call. I complained about this by visiting their office on many occasion. But they don't bother to respond and improve the matter.

I tried to compalint about the same with their management, but it was also failured.
