Indane Gas
Non Delivery of LPD Cylinde

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please refer to my consumer no. 44710/G with Indane Gas -M/S Gurgaon Gas Service, Gurgaon.

I had booked a call for replacemnt of LPG gas cylinder on 13th Feb vide. request no. 121079 and I was told that the cylinder would be delivered within 10 days.

On 23rd Feb 08 I again called up the agency enquirng on the staus of delivery & I was assured that it would be delivered by 26th Frb 08 positively. But when I called them up again they replied that it shall only be delivered by 29th Feb 08.

When I asked the agency representative Mr Abhijit that this delay was causing me a lot of inconvenience & why should there be such a delay. He told me it is like this only here in Gurgaon and told me to do whatever I could.

This is an absolutely draconian and unwarranted attitude from a service provider and we need to book such people under the consumer courts.
