Transfer for gas connection

Respected Sir,

I am retired from airforce. i wasposted to Bikaner nal Airforce Station. there i have taken new connection after retirement i have transfer my connection to my home town P.O vahanali, Taluka Kagal, Dist. Kolhapur. Agency is in Kagal Gajanan Gas Service. I have gone to submit the TV for issue of gas connection but they are telling that bring the varifiction letter from old place that is airforce station Nal Bikaner in Rajesthan. Now it is very difficult to me to procure the same. I have told them to issue me the gas connection & further if you found any forgery my connection may be cancelled but they denied to issue.

Please guide me in this regard
