Non delivery of refil through Internet booking

The company published in leading newspaper that they lauched website for booking of refil cylinder and no problem in delivery and supply, we have enough stock and we will deliver the cylinder within three days. The website is WWW.TOMOGAS.COM. I have registered for refil booking against my Indane gas refil of Jagdamba Sai Gas Services, Tilak nagar and consumer no. 2761 on 3rd Mar but after 8 days of booking no response coming from Dealer. After that the site is not working properly and no method of lodging the complaint on website and the Dealer. i.e. Jagdamba Sai Gas Service does not pick the phone any time round the clock and we unable to contact this dealer of Indane Gas.
