I live in l.d.a colony, kanpur road scheme lucknow. the indane gas agency of the area is N.D. GAS AGENCIES .Its been a long struggle in keepiny this agency to supply gas on time even after early bookings.never has been that the cylinder is supplied within 20 days of booking.last time i had booked a cylinder on 22nd of feb n after a long delay when i went to enquire the staff posted behave rudely n reasoned that the bookings for home delivery even if they are booked a month ago are only acknowledged after they deliver the daily coupons . i therfore request the authorities to take action and appoint honest and polite staff as the consumer is paying for your services.
