Non transfer of connection

On 25/02, I have submitted TV no E0063742 issued by Ms. Singh Indane Service, Gajaraj Mansion, Jamshedpur to Ms. Maa budhee Gas Agency, Angul (Oriss) PIN 759122 for transfer of gas connection. when contacted on 17/03, Maa budhee Gas Agency people told me that the confirmation from Ms. Singh Indane Service has not been received. I rwuested them to send a reminedr through courier and i agreed to pay the courier charges, which they agreed to . but gain when contacted on 21/03, they told no action was taken. It has take more than 1 month since the TV was submitted but the confirmation has not been sent . while maa Budhee says that they have sent the TV for confirmation, Singh Indane says, they have not received it. Resulting in huge difficulty for me for nearly 1 month. Even now it is not known, when I will get the gas connection
