DELAY IN SUPPLY

Resp. Sir,

I am a customer of Chiramel Gas Agency at Perinjanam of Thrissur Dt. My consumer no is 6190. I have booked for a cylinder on 24/02. They have not supplied the same till today. Whenever I enquired the man attending the phone replied that they will give it on the same day or next day. Two days before when I enquired over phone again he used harsh words and asked me to do what I can. Yesterday at midnight he called me and used obsiene language mentioning sexual intercourse and threatened me not to complain. Allmost all customers have the same experience but

dare not to complaint for the gas supply will be delayed. I came to know that the agency is illegaly selling the cylinders to the catering services which creats the delay. I humbly request you to help me to overcome the harassment of the agency
