My consumer no.3140 and I am a resident of No.9, Jayalakshmi Gardens, Madhavaram Milk Colony Post, Chennai-51, Tamil Nadu (My cell No. is 9884151220) M/s Rajesh Gas Agency, Roja Nagar, Madhavaram, Chennai - 60 (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 16 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. Atlast I got connection on April 20th and given my consumer number. They said the cylinder will reach me during 1st of May. Again I contacted on 3rd May and they said the cylinder will reach on that day itself. But they havent sent. Again I contacted them today morning around 10 am (12.5.2010) and they said that they have not received any call so far for booking our gas and they treated this call as our fresh booking call. Hence kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
