Extra money for extra or second cylinde

Dear Sir/Madam,

I already have a single LPG cylinder at home. But after it is finished if we book the gas, it is taking more than 10 days to deliver. To avoid all these problems I have asked for the extra cylinder but the delivery boy has told me to give Rs.2, 300/- for extra cylinder. Is it costs that much or they are just selling it in black. I don’t know what to do, please advise me.
