Complaint againest gas cylender faulty

Dear Sir / Madam,

on the 61th Birtday occasion of my father on 9th March I came to my native Parali-vaijanath.

Unfortunately a mishap happened in our home. Due to gas cylender leakage (No washer), total 8 of our family members are injured. Out of them, my wife, son and mother are burnt to about 45 to 50 %. They were shifted to a private hospital (Lahane hospital) at Latur. Other family members are shifted to Aurangabad for further treatment.

I have written application to our distributors, but they told me i have already escalate your matter to head office.

Still I am wating for response otherwise I will go to court.
