Epair & replace of gas regulator and stove

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of indane gas agency, under the distributor name M/S VIJAY GAS SERVICE, address: A/348, KOELNAGAR, ROURKELA, DIST. SUNDARGARH, ORISSA.science Jan. My consumer no. Y-6918, sv. no-282726, dated-31/01.

2. I have logged complaint about leak of gas at regulator and the gas stove supplied by your distributor science last two month and several telephone, personal contact to them to save us from unseen hazards. But, yet we have not got any service from your distributo's.

3.So, I request you to save my family lives by servicing the above said matter within 3 days, and to avoid me to go from consumer court and unpleasant relations within us.

4.I will be appreciate if you solve my problem as quick as possible.
