Not picking up the phone for booking

Mahabir Gas Agency, Dhanbad (Jharkhand) is not picking up the phone for booking. I am trying since 9.00 AM. Now it is 16.37 hrs.

Their contact no. is 0326-2202937 and 9431120226. My consumer no. is 17800. Please look into the matter immediately. My mobile no. is 9939363193.

This is not an isolated case but a regular practise made by Mahabir Gas Agency. Please help.
