Delay in refill cylinde

SIR,

I am a consumer with M/S Tirupati Gas Service, Bulandshahr Uttar Pradesh. My consumer number is T10489. Every time on booking of refill cylider, thier is very much problem. After booking, every time cylinder is delivered in minimum fifteen days most of times this time reaches to 20 days to 25 days. While they commit everytime that your refille is delivered to you in 2 or 3 days. this not problem of my alone. Most of the customers are suffering with this. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, many times the staff had used filthy language. I request you to please look into the issue.
