Non delivery of Gas Cylinde

I am the customer of Indane Gas Service and my Account is with M/s. GEM GAS SERVICE, Kharar (Mohali, Punjab and my Account No. is G-08883 in the name of Sanjeev Kumar s/o Sh. Ram Singh H.No. 4, Ward No.6, Sector 10, Anaj Mandi Road, Kharar-140301. Sir I am not getting the proper supply of gas from a long time. I have booked the gas cylinder with above dealer on 03/11 but till date the cylinder has not been delivered to me. After request on phone in the office, they said in very rude manner that they have no auto-driver to deliver the gas. Every month I am facing the problem. I am getting the gas supply 10-15 days late after the date of booking. Sometimes they said that they have no stock with them so from where they can make supply to you. Sir, please look into the matter & do the needful.
