Indane Gas
Delay of more than a month in Gas Cylinder supply

I am a customer of Indane gas through M/s Acme gas agency, Vadodara, Gujarat. My consumer no. is 22172, booked on my name. I have booked gas on 21st April (booking no. 9048). I am yet to receive the gas cylinder. I have followed up several times with the gas agency through phone. They were giving false commitments. Upon verifying with the agency on 21st May08, the records shows as gas is delivered 22 days back. Last receipt of my gas was on 1st Apr08, which indicates that the agency has black marketed or given to some other customer. Request for stringent action agaist this agency. Also request for issue of gas cylinder.
