Hello,

i received my last gas cylinder on the 23 of May -we started using it on the 27th of May--and today the gas is over! at a very minimum our cylinders last a month as we are a two member household and there is not much cooking etc done.

Very clearly, the gas agency is supplying half filled cylinders.

I would like to know what action I can take against Indane and this agency. Is there a government consumer protection agency? It's pointless to complain without taking some action. It's an absolute disgrace that an old reputed company such as indian oil shows no concern for customers and allows fraud to go on in this manner. according to this board, there are 383 complaints against this company right now.
