Transfer of connection

Sir,

I have transferred my gas connection from Sarnath Gas Agency Canara Bank Building Ashapur on 29th Jan (UP). the staff of this agency (Sarnath) was very co- operative and provide transfer paper on the same day, here our experience with indane gas was very good and positive, but when I went to deposit transfer letter SRIRAM Gas Agency, Varanasi BIRDOPOR, U.P. their behavior was very awkward don’t know why. after a lot of effort the agency not going to accept it and they told to go other agency they will not accept it, but SRIRAM gas agency is very close to my home and we want to transfer only this agency. But their behavior is very poor even they don’t know how talk with customers, The reciept of confirmation is being repeatedly denied by SRIRAM Gas Agency till date.

I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously so that I can get my transfer at the earliest.
