I am a LPG customer with consumer no. 27889 at Shree Gas Agency Kota, Rajasthan. I booked my refill on 24.06.2008 and till today 21 days have been passed but refill has not been supplied. Inquiring from agency they replied that supply is delayed from oil company. It is pertinent to mention that after delivery next booking can be done only after 21 days and if the supply delays for more then 21 days, how a cylinder can run for such a long period. Immidiate attention of Oil company is required in this matter.
