Indane Gas
Non booking & non delivery

I am consumer of indane gas through Prarthana Enterprises, Air Force Road, Faridabad, Haryan, India (nO. p 5873). I am facing a lot of problem from this agency at least for 2 years. They dont respond to any telephonic call, which is made for booking. They have given nos. for telephonic nos for booking but not pick. If cylinder is to be booked, you have to take leave from office and go to agency for booking. The problem doesnt end here. They will tell you that delivery will be made within 4-5 days and those 4-5days will not come even upto 2-3 weeks. That forces again to go to agency and plead in front of them that we have small kids in our family and they will not get food in cylinder is empty. Then thsese gentlemen some times show pity on you and that too give you promise to deliver in next 4-5days leaving the consumer in frustration that if failed this time, from where i will feed my family.

Will the owner of this agency and designated authorities of Govet of Haryana and Govt. of India look into the matter so that people like me are not suffered.
