Indane Gas
Delay in delivering the gas

Dear Sir,

I am consumer of Indane Gas (customer of Doon Gas Service Indane Distributers, 52 Chakrata Road Dehradun). My cust. no. is 38096.

I booked gas on 08082008 and the captioned distributer told me that the gas would be delivered within 10 days from booking. After completion of 10 days, on Monday, 1808 I went to the agency and the person of the agency said me that it would be delivered tommorrow. I waited on Tuesday, 1908 but it would'nt be delivered.

I, again, went to the agency on Wed.2008 and they said that it would be delivered today. It would'nt be delivered on that day. Then I again went on 21082008 and the same thing was happened.

Today i.e. 2208 I went again to get the gas delivered to me directly from the godown. The person of the agency said " This is your planning." What planning I have made. Can you tell me. Could you tell me the customer getting disturbed from the agency could be able to make planning.
