Non issue to ration products to my card

I am staying in NGO Colony, Link Road, guindy. I got a new ration card 1 month back and i have registered once. Now i have gone to the Ration shop 3 times for purchase of sugar and other items. They are sending me back again and again that some other person has to come and put entry in the new card. I have spent nearly 6 hours standing in the queue, buying nothing and going back home. If they are sending me back like this my card will get canceled. Please solve my problem. My card no is 02/W/0214135. The shop no is LA011, Ward 141. Shop name NGO kudiyirupu.
